Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute

You can find us at A-4 in Paschim Vihar. It is a very busy part of West Delhi and there is always something going on outside our gates. There are people coming in for their appointments, families waiting around, and ambulances moving in and out every few hours. We are a medical institute, so the pace is always fast. Inside, it is just a lot of doctors, nurses, and staff members trying to keep everything moving. The hallways are long and they always have people in them. We spend most of our shifts on our feet. It can be a bit of a maze if you are not used to the layout of the floors. We try to keep things as organized as possible but hospitals are naturally a little bit chaotic. There is a lot of paperwork and digital records to deal with every single day. The neighborhood of Paschim Vihar is mostly residential, so we see a lot of local families from the nearby blocks. We have been part of this community for a long time. The noise from the main road is constant, but once you get deep into the building, it finally gets a bit quieter. We have a canteen where the food is basic but it is enough to get you through the day. Our shifts are long and tiring, so we do not have much time for small talk. We just focus on the patients.
