S.R.F.Ltd

We are located out in Village-Rahta, which is under the Udakishunganj police station in Madhepura. It’s a rural area in Bihar, so things move a bit differently here than in the big cities. S.R.F.Ltd has been part of this village for a while now. Our work is tied closely to the land and the people living around here. We don't have a big glass building or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find us out near the site or in the small office we keep in the village. It gets very hot in the summer and the roads can be difficult when it rains, but we manage. Most of our workers are local people from Rahta or the neighboring villages. We know everyone by name. It is a quiet life, mostly focused on the day-to-day tasks of running the company. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics that get the job done. Sometimes we have to go into Madhepura town for supplies or to deal with government papers. It’s a long drive but necessary. We aren't looking to become some huge corporation. We just want to keep things running smoothly here in the village. There is a lot of pride in doing work that helps the local economy. We just take it one day at a time and see what needs doing next. It’s honest, hard work. That’s just the way it is here.
