Sr. Executive Search Firm

We are located on the 3rd floor at K-23-B in Kalka Ji. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and being up on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, though it’s mostly just roofs and trees. We run an executive search firm from here. It is a small office, nothing too loud or flashy. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking through stacks of resumes to find the right people for different roles. The stairs can be a bit of a climb since it’s the third floor, but you get used to it. 110 019 is the area code. It’s a decent spot in Kalka Ji, close to some good food stalls when lunch rolls around. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and papers. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to match candidates with jobs that fit them. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage. Delhi is always moving fast outside, but inside K-23-B, we just focus on the task at hand. It’s a practical workspace for what we do. No marble lobbies or receptionists in suits, just us doing the search work day by day.
