We are Spml, located over in Gali Number 7 in New Delhi. It’s a tight street, like a lot of places in this part of the city. House number 670/7 is where we set up. It’s busy all the time, people walking by and scooters zooming past the window. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the city noise. We don’t have any big slogans or anything. We just handle the daily operations that come our way. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around, but that’s just how it goes. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a few cabinets for all the files. We’ve lived in Delhi long enough to not be bothered by the heat or the crowds. We just focus on getting the chores done. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We usually take a break in the afternoon when the sun is at its worst. You won't find us making big promises. We just try to be honest and get the paperwork finished before the end of the day. If someone walks in with a question, we try to answer it as best as we can. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. That’s pretty much the whole story of our office here. It is what it is, and we just keep pushing through the week as usual.
