Spectec Building Products Pvt. Ltd.

We've been over here at D-24 in Seemant Vihar for a while now. If you know the area, we are right across from the PAC Camp in Ghaziabad. Spectec Building Products Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us doing our thing with construction supplies and whatever else builders around here need. It gets busy on this side of town, especially with the traffic near Kaushmbi, but we manage. My name is on the door, but it’s really a team effort getting things loaded and sent out. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is just us checking the inventory levels in the back. We try to keep things moving. We aren't a giant fancy showroom or anything, just a solid place where you can find what you need for a project. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of all the materials, but that is just how a building products place looks. We keep regular hours. If you are driving by the camp, you will see the sign. We have been in Uttar Pradesh for a bit and know the local way of doing things. It's not always perfect, but we get the job done. Most of the guys have been here since the start. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the orders are right. Nothing too complicated about it.
