Specific Ceramics Limited is right in the middle of Tilak Nagar in New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded and loud it can get around here. Our place is not very big but we make use of every inch of space we have. There are stacks of samples everywhere and the phone usually starts ringing early in the morning. Being in this part of Delhi means there is always someone walking in or a delivery bike trying to park outside. It gets a bit chaotic during the festive seasons but that is just part of living here. We are just a group of people who know a lot about ceramics and spend our days making sure the paperwork is right and the customers get what they need. There is no big marketing team here. It is just us and our ledgers. We have been in Tilak Nagar for a long time and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days the heat is really something else and we just want to close up early, but there is always work to finish. We don't try to be something we are not. We just provide ceramics to people who need them and try to be fair about it. It is a local operation and we like it that way because we know our regulars by name and we don't have to follow some fancy corporate handbook.
