Sonia Construction Limited

Sonia Construction Limited has its main office at B-34 on Road No-7 in the Abul Fazal Enclave-Ii. This is over in Jamia Nagar, which is a very lively part of New Delhi. Our office is in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a downtown office. We have blueprints spread out over the tables most of the time. There’s usually some dust on the floor from people coming in from different construction sites. Jamia Nagar is crowded, and finding parking on Road No-7 can be a real headache some days. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with laborers and checking on material deliveries like sand and bricks. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really do much in the way of decorating. It’s just a place to get the planning done and handle the payroll. Sometimes we have meetings with clients right there in the middle of all the paperwork. You can hear the call to prayer from the nearby mosques, which sort of marks the time for us during the day. It’s a busy environment where everyone is usually doing two things at once. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we just keep building things one project at a time. The local tea seller knows our order by heart because we spend so many hours here.
