Sohar Metal Tradindg Co.

Our setup is a bit unique because we are located in Room 210 of the Sutlej Hostel at JNU in New Delhi. It’s a small space, as you can imagine, being in a hostel room. We’ve been running Sohar Metal Trading Co. from here for a bit now. Dealing with metal trading from a university campus environment makes for an interesting daily life. There is always a lot of student activity around, and the 110067 area is quite busy. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, tracking prices and talking to suppliers. It’s not your typical industrial office with a warehouse attached to it. Instead, it’s more about the trading side of things and the connections we make. Sometimes it’s a bit loud in the hallway, or we have to work around the campus schedule, but it works for us. We aren't some massive trading floor with dozens of screens and shouting people. It’s just us, some basic office gear, and a lot of phone calls. Delhi is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with the market as best as we can from our little corner in Sutlej. It’s an honest, small-scale operation. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We just trade metals and manage the logistics from this specific spot in the city. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
