Our office is right here in 61, Nai Basti, which is one of the older, busier parts of Ghaziabad. Being part of Sng Developers Ltd. means we spend a lot of our time dealing with local projects and people from the neighborhood. The street outside is usually full of rickshaws and people heading to the market nearby. It gets quite loud during the day, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks of working here. We have a small team sitting in this office, mostly focused on keeping the records straight and talking to the site supervisors on the phone. The building itself is nothing special, just a practical space where we can get the work done without much fuss. We started out in this area because it’s central to where many of our projects are located. Some days are just filled with endless phone calls and trying to sort out material deliveries that got stuck in traffic. Ghaziabad roads can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, so we try to plan our site visits early in the morning. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the tea man comes around in the evening. It’s a simple routine, and we don’t really bother with any of that corporate stuff you see in big cities. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. There is always something to do.
