We are Sms India Pvt Ltd and we operate out of a DDA MIG flat in Dwarka, Sector 13. It is Flat Number 492 on the second floor. Since we are in a residential pocket, it is a lot quieter than the main roads of New Delhi. Our office is basically a converted apartment, which makes it feel very comfortable. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and there is a small kitchen where we make coffee. It is a practical setup for a team like ours. We do not have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one so people can find the right door. Living and working in Dwarka is convenient because everything is nearby. The metro station is not too far away, which helps us get around the city when we need to. Most of our day is spent at our computers or talking to people on the phone. We do not have a strict dress code or a bunch of middle managers. We just know what our jobs are and we get them done. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the park, and you can hear them through the windows. It is a very normal, everyday environment. We do not try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a small group of folks working out of a flat, keeping things organized and making sure our tasks are handled without any drama or unnecessary stress.
