Smoke House Grill

Smoke House Grill is tucked away in Greater Kailash II, specifically at North Wing 2. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty packed with cars and people on the weekends. We spend our mornings getting the grill ready. There is always that faint smell of wood or charcoal hanging in the air, even before we start cooking. The North Wing part of the building has its own vibe, a bit quieter than the main road maybe, but still part of the GK II bustle. We have a few regulars who have been coming since we opened. The staff here mostly just focuses on the prep work. Chopping, marinating, and checking the temperatures. It’s a lot of manual labor that people don't see. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just us at the restaurant trying to keep things running. Sometimes the light in the back flickers, or a chair needs fixing, and we just handle it ourselves. It's a practical way of running a business. Being in Greater Kailash means people expect things to be a certain way, but we just try to keep it real. We aren't trying to be something we're not. It’s just a grill house in a busy part of town, doing the work day in and day out without much fuss. We aren't fans of complicated things, so we just stick to what we know and keep the heat going.
