We are Smcc Construction India Ltd. based right here at 3G-85 in Nit Faridabad. Most of the time, our days are filled with paperwork, site visits, and managing various building projects around the area. It is a busy office and there is always something going on with the crews or the supply deliveries. We have been in this spot for a while now. Dealing with local construction isn't always easy, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the weather slows things down, or materials get delayed, but we just keep moving forward. Our team knows the streets of Faridabad pretty well by now. We handle the technical side of building things, making sure the foundations are right and the walls go up straight. It’s practical work. You can usually find a few of us here at the Nit office if we aren't out on a site somewhere nearby. We don't really go for fancy speeches or big corporate talks. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. Being in this part of town means we are close to the main markets, which helps with getting things done. The office is a bit small but it works for what we need. We've seen a lot of changes in the local neighborhood over the years. Construction is just one of those things that never really stops. We are just a group of people doing our jobs and trying to get the projects finished as they come in.
