Smcc Construction India Limited

Our office is tucked away in Parwatiya Colony, right near Friends School. If you know N.I.T. in Faridabad, you probably know the area. It’s House Number 1618. We’ve been operating Smcc Construction India Limited out of here for some time. It's a busy neighborhood, and there is always noise from the school kids or the local traffic. We don't mind it much. In the construction business, you get used to noise anyway. We spend our mornings looking over site updates and making sure the supplies are arriving where they should be. It’s a lot of back and forth with the teams on the ground. Haryana has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned how to navigate that over the years. We aren't a huge corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage. We’ve got a small team here who knows the ropes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want the buildings to stand up and the clients to be okay with the progress. Every day brings a different challenge, like a truck breaking down or a permit taking longer than expected. We just take it as it comes and keep moving forward. That is basically our daily life here in Faridabad. We don't change much.
