Our office for Slipco Construction Pvt.Ltd. is located in Khirki Extension. We are on the first floor at J-2/5B. This part of Malviya Nagar in New Delhi is always very busy. There are people everywhere and the streets are quite narrow. We chose this spot because it is central, even if it gets a bit noisy during the day. Being on the first floor means we can look out at the street and see everything going on. We do not have a fancy office with glass walls. It is a practical space where we store our project files and meet with our site supervisors. Sometimes it is hard for people to find the building because the numbering in Khirki Exten can be a bit confusing. You just have to look for the J-2 block. We have been here for a while and the local shopkeepers know us. We are a construction company that focuses on getting things built properly without any fuss. There is no corporate polish here. We talk about cement, steel, and labor costs over plastic chairs. It is a simple way of working. Malviya Nagar is a good base for us because we can get to our different sites in the city relatively quickly. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs from this little first-floor office in the middle of the chaos.
