You can find us over in Mayur Vihar II, specifically at the Lsc Market in Pocket B, numbers 104 and 105. It’s a cozy little setup we have here. We spend a lot of our time dealing with flour and tomato sauce, which gets everywhere if you aren't careful. The ovens are the heart of the place, honestly. When they’re running, the whole shop smells like baked dough and cheese, which isn't a bad way to spend a work day. We do a lot of delivery because people in the nearby apartments seem to prefer eating at home on their couches. Our delivery guys are always zipping in and out with those thermal bags. Inside the shop, we kept things simple. A few tables, some chairs, and not much else to distract from the food. We’ve been in this pocket of the market for a bit now, and we know the other shop owners around us. It’s a quiet life mostly, just keep the ingredients fresh and make sure the cakes are chilled. Sometimes the dough doesn't rise quite right or the power flutters, but we fix it and keep going. We aren't some big corporate office, just a group of people making food for the neighborhood. It’s a good spot, and we like being here. We just focus on the orders and hope the traffic isn't too bad for the riders. That's about it for us.
