S.K.Consultants

We are located at 4/183 in Kela Nagar, which is over in Aligarh. S.K.Consultants is the name on the door, but it’s really just a few of us here. The office is part of the Kela Nagar neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have a few computers and a lot of printed documents. In Aligarh, things move at their own pace, and we’re okay with that. We start our day with some tea and a look at the schedule. People drop by without appointments sometimes, and we just fit them in. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just do the consulting work that comes our way. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit steep. We’ve been here long enough that the walls are a bit scuffed, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We talk to people, offer advice, and help them with their problems. It’s not flashy. There are no corporate retreats or fancy mission statements on the wall. We just have a calendar and some notebooks. When the power goes out, we just wait for the generator or take a break. It’s life in U.P., and we’re used to it. We focus on being practical and getting things sorted for whoever walks through the door. It is what it is.
