Site Incharge

I’ve been running things at Site Incharge for a while now. We are located right here at the Deoband Engg.Corporation in Deoband, Sharanpur. It’s a busy spot but we manage to stay on top of things. My job is mostly making sure everything on the work site moves along like it should. We handle various engineering tasks around here. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that's just how the work goes. I spend most of my day walking around the grounds or checking on the machinery. If there's a problem with a project or a part, I’m usually the one people come find. It’s not fancy work, just basic engineering and keeping things running. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it rains or gets too hot, but we keep at it. Most of us have lived in U.P. our whole lives so we are used to the pace. People know where the office is if they need to drop off paperwork or ask about a specific job. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the workshops and the yard where the equipment stays. I try to keep things organized, though some days are more chaotic than others. That's just how it is when you’re dealing with big builds and heavy materials. We just focus on getting the daily list done and making sure nobody gets hurt while they’re working. It takes a lot of patience.
