Simplex Projects Ltd.

In the C-3 block of Om Nagar, Badarpur, is where we have our New Delhi base for Simplex Projects Ltd. This part of Delhi is always moving, and our office is no different. It’s a practical location for us because it lets us get to various project sites around the city fairly easily. The office itself is just a regular building in Om Nagar. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of project folders. We don't have a big reception area or anything flashy like that. We are just here to work. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with the company for years and some newer faces. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the teams out in the field. Badarpur can be quite dusty and loud with all the traffic, but we are right in the thick of it. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just focus on the engineering and the construction side of things. It’s about getting the blocks laid and the structures up. Some days are stressful when deadlines are tight, but that is the nature of the business. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the day's problems. It’s a very grounded environment. If you need to find us, just head to Om Nagar. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and it suits us fine. It's home for our Delhi operations.
