Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

Our office is located at Flat No 104 in the N.D.M.C Complex over in Sector-11, Rohini. Being in Delhi, it gets quite loud outside with the traffic and people moving about, but inside we just focus on the job. Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a bit now. It’s a basic setup with some chairs and a big table for looking at site drawings. We aren't the type to have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, we just grab something from the stall around the corner. The walls are mostly covered with maps of the local area and some old photos of projects we finished years ago. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate suite, which suits us just fine. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but as long as it keeps us cool in the Delhi summer, nobody complains. We spend most of our time talking to contractors or checking on supply orders. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just sit down, figure out the plan for the week, and get to it. It’s a straightforward way of doing things and it works for us. If you’re ever in Rohini, you’ll find us there, probably buried under some paperwork or talking on our mobile phones.
