Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Our Delhi office for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd is over in Mayur Vihar Phase 2. We are in Pocket B, specifically at C-104. It’s a typical Delhi residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office at all. Being in Phase 2 means we are close to the markets and the metro, which is handy for everyone. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have all the site supervisors in for their weekly updates. We have desks tucked into every available corner. The walls are covered in calendars and charts that we use to track how projects are moving along. Delhi winters are cold, so we usually have a small heater running under the desk to keep our feet warm. In the summer, it's the opposite and we're just glad the air conditioner works. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the house number and our name. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the kids playing in the park across the street while you're trying to figure out a budget. We try to keep things organized, but there's always a stray blueprint or a half-empty coffee mug somewhere. We’ve been in this pocket for a while, and it’s a good base for covering the works happening across New Delhi. There isn't much in the way of luxury here, just the basics like chairs, tables, and a reliable water cooler. We just try to stay on top of the work and keep things moving.
