Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. (Site Office)

This site office for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. is right in the middle of things at 17 Lodhi Estate. We are pretty close to the Kohan Market, which makes it easy to grab a bite or pick up some supplies when we need them. Being in New Delhi means it’s always busy around here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the site plans and meet with the guys to talk about the day's progress. We don't have fancy corporate art on the walls or a big sign out front. It’s a working office, plain and simple. We deal with a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. Most of the time, the desks are covered in dust from the construction sites and there’s always a pile of blueprints that someone needs to look at. We don't follow any strict corporate dress code here because we’re usually heading out to a site or coming back from one. It’s a bit messy and chaotic sometimes, especially when a deadline is coming up. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. There’s no big philosophy behind it, just practical work in a busy part of the city. We’re here most days if anyone needs to drop off paperwork or talk.
