We’ve been running Simplex Infrastructures Limited from this house in Sector-17 for quite some time now. House No. 486 isn't a fancy glass building, but it gets the job done for us here in Faridabad. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of tea and checking on schedules. It’s a quiet enough street, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour. Most of the folks around here know us as the infrastructure guys. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just knowing what we do over the years. Haryana is home, and being in 121 001 feels central to everything we need. The office is basically just desks and a lot of paper. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. People stop by to chat about projects or just to say hello. It’s not about being the biggest or anything like that. We just focus on getting the projects finished so we can go home. There's always something to fix or a plan to redraw. My desk is usually covered in site maps. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work. We’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot. Some new shops opened down the block recently, which is nice for lunch. We like it here in Haryana, it’s straightforward. No fuss, just everyday work that needs doing.
