Our Faridabad office is located in Flat No. 603A at Vasundhra Apartment in Sector-21C. It’s a standard residential building, so the Simplex Infrastructures Limited office has a very low-key atmosphere. We aren't in a big glass office park. Instead, we’re tucked away in a place where people actually live. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. The flat has been converted to fit desks and filing cabinets, though it still has the layout of a home. We spend our time here tracking projects and making sure the Haryana operations are running smoothly. The balcony looks out over the sector, and you can see the industrial parts of Faridabad in the distance if the air is clear enough. We have a lot of maps of the local area spread out on the dining-turned-meeting table. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of us bring our own lunch and eat together while talking about whatever is on the news. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls, just the essential tools we need for the job. It’s an honest, working-class kind of office. We value the fact that it’s a bit quieter than the main city centers. It allows us to get the paperwork done and keep the project schedules in order without too many distractions from the outside world. We just keep our heads down and get through the files.
