Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Our spot here in Laxmi Nagar is usually pretty loud because of all the Delhi traffic right outside the window. We’re located at 3A Guru Angand Extension, and while it’s a bit of a tight space, we make it work for us. Simplex Infrastructures Limited has a lot of moving parts, and this specific office handles a good chunk of the local coordination for our projects in the capital. You’ll mostly see us looking over site plans or arguing over the phone about where a truck got stuck in the narrow lanes. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see on TV; it’s more of a place where things actually get handled by people with dirt under their nails. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Delhi is a tough place to build anything because of the crowds and the summer heat, but we’ve been at it long enough to know all the shortcuts. The tea stall nearby is basically our second office where we meet with the foremen. We deal with everything from piling work to big structural jobs around the city. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking shop until it comes back on. It’s honest work, even if it’s a bit stressful when the deadlines start getting tight. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their job. It’s mostly about getting the steel and concrete in the right place at the right time.
