Simplex Infrastructure Ltd.

Our team is based out of the NBCC Compound, specifically within the DMRC Site Office here in New Delhi. It's a very active area, as you can imagine, with all the metro work and government projects going on around us. We share this space to keep our infrastructure work for Simplex moving forward. It’s a functional office, designed for people who spend more time on site than behind a desk. You’ll see a lot of safety gear and muddy boots near the entrance. Inside, it’s a lot of conversation about timelines and material costs. We don't have any plush carpets or expensive art. It's just whiteboards, site maps, and a lot of focus. Working in the DMRC compound means we are right in the thick of the city’s development. It’s loud, it’s dusty, and it’s busy, but that’s the reality of construction. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to sound like a big corporation. We just look at the plans and figure out how to get the structures built. Everyone here has a specific job to do, and we try to stay out of each other's way. Some days are longer than others, especially when there's a deadline coming up. We've been operating from this site for some time, and it feels like a second home to most of the staff. It’s just a place where work happens, and we like it that way. We just keep building.
