We are based at Pankaj Kumar Singh’s house, which is house number 304. It is located in the Bhitrola area of Pana village in Bawana, Delhi. Being out here in the 59 district means we are close to the actual sites where the work happens. We do not sit in a big glass office in the middle of the city. It is just a regular house, so it feels much more personal for us. We handle infrastructure jobs and are usually out on the ground more than we are sitting at a desk. If you come by to see us, you will see we just have the basics like a table and some chairs. This simple way of working helps us stay focused on what we are doing. We know the local roads and the people around Bawana quite well. It makes a big difference when you are moving materials or getting a crew together. Delhi is a crowded place, but this village has its own way of doing things. We have been here for a long time. The mail comes through the local post office and we do all our own paperwork.
