Sigma Cable Industries

You can find Sigma Cable Industries over in the Rithala Industrial Area. We are at Khasra No 942. It’s a very industrial setting, which makes sense for what we do. We are quite close to the Rithala Metro Station, so the trains passing by are a constant backdrop to our workday. Also, being near the rice mill means there’s often a specific smell in the air depending on which way the wind is blowing. The factory floor is where everything happens. It’s noisy, with the sound of machines and the clatter of spools. We have cables everywhere—thick ones, thin ones, different colors, all coiled up and ready to go. The office part is just a small partitioned space where we keep the ledgers and handle the orders. It’s usually a bit hot in there, despite the fans. We don’t really have any "About Us" story other than we’ve been working with cables here for a long time. The industrial area isn't pretty, it’s just a lot of concrete, metal, and hard work. Most of our neighbors are also busy making things, so there’s a shared sense of just getting on with it. If you’re coming from the metro, it’s just a short walk past the mill to get to our gate. We are just a bunch of people making cables and trying to keep the machines running without too much trouble. We've been at this khasra number for years now and it feels like home.
