Sighri

If you are looking for us, we are at Shop No 29 in the C C Center, right on Road No 44 in Pitampura. We are directly opposite the Chun Mun Mall, which makes us easy to spot if you are out shopping. Sighri is a place where we keep things simple. It’s all about the heat and the cooking. The kitchen area is small, and it gets very hot when the grills are going. We spend most of our time prepping the ingredients and making sure the charcoal is just right. You can smell the smoke from the street. It’s a busy area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out walking near the mall. We have a few tables, but it gets crowded pretty fast. The floor is tiled and we spend a lot of time mopping it because of the spills. We don’t have a fancy menu with photos. It’s just what we make every day. The staff is just a few local guys who know how to handle the rush. We deal with the vegetable vendors every morning to get what’s fresh. It’s a loud, fast-paced environment, and we usually go home with our clothes smelling like woodsmoke. It’s just a regular shop in Pitampura doing our job every day without any fuss. The neon lights from the mall across the road always remind us when it's time to close up.
