Our office is over in New Delhi at A-402 Kailash Tower, which is in the Said-Ul-Azab area. Being in a tower like this means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. It is a typical Delhi business environment, meaning it is usually pretty hectic and there is always something happening. We work out of a standard office space that is mostly filled with desks and computers. The view from the window is just more buildings and the busy streets below. We handle the daily tasks for Sidcl from here, which involves a lot of coordination and sitting in meetings. It is not the kind of place with a lot of decorations; we just have what we need to stay productive. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the traffic outside is a nightmare, but you get used to that when you work in this part of the city. We are a small group of people just trying to keep everything organized. There is no big mystery to what we do, just a lot of administration and making sure the business stays on track. It is a practical life, and we spend most of our hours here just working through the pile of tasks on our desks. It’s a straightforward setup for a straightforward job. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is, it’s just our daily work.
