We are located over in Building B-507 in the G.D. Colony area of Mayur Vihar Phase-III. If you know where Ryan International School is, we are right nearby. Most days here are filled with different scents because of the nature of our work with flavors and fragrances. It’s a busy spot but we’ve been here for a while now. The team at Shubh Flavour And Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. mostly stays focused on the mixing and the orders that come in. It isn't a huge flashy office, just a practical space where we get things done. People often ask how we can stand the strong smells all day, but you honestly just get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes the smell of vanilla or orange hangs in the hallway for hours. We handle a lot of different extracts and chemicals used for making things taste or smell like they are supposed to. It’s more of a technical job than people think. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure things are right. The neighborhood is okay, a bit crowded during school hours because of the kids nearby. We’ve got our routine down and the staff knows what they’re doing. It’s just a normal workplace, really. We don’t have fancy lunchrooms or anything, just a desk and the equipment we need to work. Every morning starts about the same with checking the logs and seeing what needs to be blended first.
