Our company, Shri Ram Label India Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in the Jhilmil Industrial Area. We are at B-3/47 in the Factory Flatted Complex run by DSIDC. One of the easiest ways to find us is to look for the Dilshad Garden Metro Station because we are right behind it. It’s a very industrial setting with lots of small units stacked together. We make labels of all kinds here. You can hear the sound of the printing presses and the cutting machines throughout the day. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the rolls of paper and adhesive materials, but we have a system that works for us. The workers are mostly local people from around the Jhilmil or Dilshad Garden area. It’s a straightforward business. We take an order, we set up the machines, and we produce the labels. There is no corporate polish here. Sometimes the hallways of the complex are a bit dark, and there’s always someone moving a trolley of goods past the door. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with the metro coming in. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have a big marketing department, just a few people who know how to run the equipment and handle the customers who drop by. We often eat our lunch together in the small break area before the afternoon shift starts up again.
