Shri Arihant Cables

Our place is at 423-424, Gali No. 7 in the Friends Colony Industrial Area, right off GT Road in Shahdara. It is a real industrial setting with a lot of noise and trucks moving in and out of the lane. We deal with cables and wires of all thicknesses. The warehouse is filled with these massive wooden spools that take two people to move. It is a bit dark inside but we know where every gauge of wire is kept. We wear sturdy boots because there are always bits of copper and plastic on the floor. Most of our day is spent measuring out lengths of cable and cutting them for orders. The office part is just a small cabin with a desk that is covered in invoices and tea stains. We get a lot of dust from the GT Road, so we are always wiping things down. It is hard work and our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We have a few guys who have been with us since we opened. We don't have a big website or a marketing person. People call us because they know we have the stock and we don't play games with the prices. It is just a straightforward business in a busy part of town. We just work hard and try to keep our deliveries on schedule.
