Shreya Developwell Pvt Ltd is based in Ghaziabad, specifically at A-59 in Sector 9, Vijay Nagar. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise and dust from all the new buildings going up around us. We are right in the middle of it. As a private limited company, we have certain ways we have to do things, but we try to keep the actual day-to-day work very straightforward. We focus on developing plots and properties in this part of Uttar Pradesh. The office in Sector 9 is where we keep all our maps and site plans. It’s not a large office, and it often feels a bit cramped when the whole team is in at once. We spend a lot of our time talking to engineers and checking on the progress of our projects. Vijay Nagar has changed a lot since we first started out here, and it’s interesting to be part of that growth. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people to write fancy speeches. We just go out, look at the land, and see what can be done with it. Sometimes there are problems with the permits or the supply of materials, but we just deal with them as they come. It’s honest, practical work. We plan to stay in Sector 9 for a long time because we like the area and the people here. It's a solid place for a business like ours.
