We have been here on G T Road in Chhapraula for a while now. Most people know the spot near 230. It’s a busy area. We deal with buildings and property stuff daily. It's mostly just us trying to keep up with the paperwork and talking to folks who walk in. The office isn't fancy, but it works. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud because of the main road. If you're coming from Ghaziabad, you'll see us. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or driving out to sites. It's a lot of work. My desk is usually covered in site plans and old tea cups. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things move along. People come in asking about plots or how construction is going. We try to be straight with them. It’s not always easy when the weather gets bad or material costs go up unexpectedly. We just do what we can. Lately, the neighborhood has been changing quite a bit. More shops are popping up around us. We still keep our routine the same, though. Morning starts with cleaning the dust off the chairs. Then it's phone calls and site visits until late. It's a living. We've seen a lot of houses go up in this part of Ghaziabad over the years. It feels good to see a project finally get finished, even if it took longer than we thought it would.
