Shree Balaji Trading Company

Shree Balaji Trading Company is located right in the middle of Chota Bazar at Kashmere Gate. Our address is 816/1. If you’ve ever been to Chota Bazar, you know it’s a maze of shops and people moving goods all day long. It is very crowded and noisy, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. Our shop is packed with stock from floor to ceiling. We don’t have much room for a fancy office, so we just have a small desk tucked in the corner where we handle the billing and the books. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We open up early in the morning and stay until the market starts to wind down in the evening. There’s always someone coming in to ask about prices or to pick up an order. We deal with a lot of different items, so keeping track of everything is the hardest part. The air is always full of the sounds of rickshaws and people shouting. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. We don’t have a website or do any big advertising. People know we are here because we’ve been here a long time. It’s a simple trading life. We just try to keep our customers happy and our inventory sorted. It’s messy and loud, but it’s home.
