The street outside is narrow, so loading the rickshaws for delivery can be a bit of a struggle. We’ve had a few scrapes with the walls, but that’s normal here. We don't use any fancy software for our sales. It’s mostly paper bills and a lot of memory. People know they can just drop in and talk to us. We’ve been part of the Shastri Nagar community for years.
