Our office is located on the second floor of D-152 in Ajay Enclave, which is right in the Tilak Nagar area of New Delhi. It’s a typical Delhi office building, nothing too flashy. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through project files. Tilak Nagar is a lively place, and being near the post office means there's always activity around. We have a small team here managing the local operations. The space is a bit full with folders and drawings, but that’s how we like it. We aren't the type to have a sleek, minimalist office. It’s a working space where things actually get done. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs to the second floor. It’s a good way to stay awake. We deal with various construction projects from this hub. People drop by for meetings or to hand over documents. We don't use much corporate lingo here. We just talk like regular people. Our focus is on the logistics and the planning that goes into our bigger jobs. It’s steady work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. The tea guy downstairs knows exactly how we like our drinks. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us in 110 018. We do our jobs, handle the challenges as they come, and keep things moving.
