We’ve been set up here in B44-B Kalkaji for a good while now. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and our office reflects that kind of energy. We spend our days dealing with various instruments and keeping things moving. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people, just a dedicated crew that knows the equipment well. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. Most of our morning is spent checking shipments and making sure everything is where it should be. The office isn't particularly fancy or modern, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with regular clients who have been coming to us for years. If you know the Kalkaji area, you know how the lanes can get, but we’ve made our home here. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. Usually, it’s just a lot of paperwork and technical talks. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets noisy, but that’s just part of working in the city. We keep a steady pace and try to get things right the first time. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes around, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our bit with the instruments we handle. People around here know us as the local spot for this kind of work. It’s simple, really.
