Shipra Estate Ltd. Ghaziabad

We’re based out of Flat No Gl-1 in Ajnara Estate, over at Plot No-23 in Shalimar Garden Ext-1. It’s on the Ghaziabad side of the border, and it feels very much like a residential neighborhood. Using a flat as an office makes things feel a bit more relaxed, I think. We don’t have a big lobby or a security guard at a front desk. You just come to the estate and find our unit. It’s where we handle the property stuff for this side of town. The office is usually filled with the sound of the neighborhood—kids playing outside or someone’s car alarm going off. Inside, we have our files and a few computers that have seen better days. We don’t have a lot of formal meetings; we usually just sit around the main table and talk through whatever needs to be handled that day. It’s a practical way to run things. Since we’re right in the middle of a housing complex, we see the very thing we work with every single day. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re some huge international corporation. We’re just a local branch doing our job. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of life in Ghaziabad. We like the local feel here, and most of our clients are just people from nearby.
