Sharus Steel Products Pvt. Ltd. (Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.) is based in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Rajouri Garden, you know it’s a bustling place with a lot of markets and people everywhere. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a busy atmosphere inside and out. We deal with steel products, so there’s a lot of talk about gauges, weights, and deliveries. It isn't a quiet office. The phones are always ringing and there is always someone coming in with a delivery note or a question about an order. We work in a standard commercial space, nothing too elaborate. The desks are crowded with folders and the walls are covered with calendars and charts. Since we are in Delhi, the pace is fast. We eat our lunch quickly and get back to the tasks at hand. There’s a lot of coordination between the warehouse and the sales side. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a team of people making sure the steel gets to where it needs to go.
