Sharma Sons

Sharma Sons is a small shop located at number 143/2 in the Saket Pushp Vihar Sector-1 area. It’s been a family thing for a long time. The shop itself is quite small, but we pack a lot into it. You’ll find us surrounded by all sorts of items that people in the neighborhood need on a daily basis. It’s the kind of place where the shelves go all the way up to the ceiling. We often have to use a rickety old ladder to reach the stuff on the top. Sector-1 is a busy place, and we get a lot of foot traffic from people living in the flats nearby. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming in to buy things for their own homes. It’s a nice feeling to be part of the community for so many years. We aren't trying to compete with the big supermarkets. We just offer a friendly face and the things we know our neighbors want. Sometimes we sit out front on a stool when it’s quiet. The shop doesn't have air conditioning, so we keep the door wide open. It gets a bit dusty from the road, but we just wipe things down every morning. We don’t use any fancy systems. We know where everything is just by looking. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us. We like being here in Saket.
