Sharma Contracts

We operate out of B1/51 in New Moti Nagar. It’s a decent spot in New Delhi, easy enough for people to find once they know the neighborhood. We handle various contracts, mostly small to medium stuff that keeps us busy throughout the year. I grew up around tools and cement, so this kind of work feels natural to me. It’s not a glamorous life by any means. You get dirty, you deal with mistakes, and you figure out how to fix things on the fly. That’s just how contracting goes. We have a small crew that’s been with us for a long time. They know how I like things done, which saves a lot of time on site. Sometimes we’re working late into the evening just to stay on schedule. The office in Moti Nagar is where we keep all the tools and the ledger books. It’s a bit cramped with all the gear lying around, but we know where everything is. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy promises. We just look at the plans and try to get the work done without too much fuss. Every project has its own set of problems, like plumbing issues or walls that aren't as solid as they look. We just take it day by day. If someone needs something built or fixed, they usually just drop by or give us a call. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for our small team.
