Our office is located at C-1/C-101 in Carlton Estate, which is part of DLF Phase V in Gurgaon. It’s a modern area with all these tall buildings and polished glass, but our day-to-day work is much more down-to-earth. Construction involves a lot of muddy boots and hard hats, even if our base is in a nice residential estate. Gurgaon has grown so fast, and we’ve been part of that process, seeing the skyline change every year. Inside the office, there’s usually a lot of talk about materials, labor schedules, and the weather, which can really mess up a construction timeline. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound bigger than we are. We're just a group of people who know how to get things built. The commute through Gurgaon can be pretty draining, but the team here is used to the pace of Haryana business life. We keep a lot of records on hand because there's always a question about some detail or another. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the task at hand. Sometimes it feels like we’re constantly chasing something—a delivery, a deadline, or a permit—but that’s the nature of this industry. We’ve been operating from Carlton Estate for a while and have built up a decent rhythm. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the sites are moving and the workers have what they need.
