You can find us at Rzg-12 on Mandir Marg in Mahavir Enclave. Being in New Delhi means it’s always busy outside our doors. Shapoorji Paloonji & Co. Ltd. has this office here to handle the local side of things. The traffic on Mandir Marg can be quite a lot during rush hour, so we try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. The office isn't very large, but it fits us all just fine. We have desks crammed in where they can fit and the shelves are full of folders and maps. It feels like a real workspace, not a showroom. We don't spend time worrying about how the lobby looks because we are usually too busy with the actual jobs. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. There are plenty of little shops nearby where we go for snacks or to get things photocopied. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't follow a strict corporate script. We just talk to each other like normal people and get the work done. It’s a practical location for us since it’s tucked into a residential area but still connected to the city. We keep the lights on late sometimes when there's a big deadline. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks without making a big fuss about it.
