Our setup for Shapoorji Pallonji &Co.Ltd. is out in V.Tanda, which is under Post-Husanpur Luhari in the Muzaffernager district. It’s quite a distance from the main city hub. Rajnish Kumar and Shri Anand Parkash are the names people usually associate with this branch. Being out here in U.P., things move at their own pace. We have to deal with power cuts and rough roads sometimes. The office is basically where we manage the logistics for the local projects. It is a practical environment. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that here. We just have people who know how to build things. The locals know us as the company working on the big sites nearby. We hire people from the surrounding villages when we can. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the summer heat hits Muzaffernager. We keep the water coolers running and try to stay productive. It’s a humble place with brick walls and basic furniture. We spend most of our time out on the field rather than sitting behind a desk. If you come by, you’ll likely see someone checking inventory or arguing over a delivery schedule. It’s a real, messy, working environment. We are just trying to do our part in the bigger picture of construction. There's always something to fix or a problem to solve before the day ends. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
