Shipra Sun City is quite a big place, and we are tucked away on Semal Road. Our office is in Flat No. 9/9. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but it's home for the work we do here in Ghaziabad. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. keeps us on our toes with all the projects around this part of NCR. The office has that specific smell of old documents and ink that you get in places where real work happens. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days, but they get the job done. Indrapuram is always crowded, so getting here in the morning is usually an adventure. We have our routines, like who makes the first round of chai and who handles the phone when it won't stop ringing. It’s a lived-in space. You won’t find any shiny brochures or minimalist decor here. It’s just us, some blueprints, and a lot of planning for the next site visit. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are having big meetings. It feels more like a workspace than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. Most days we are just trying to keep everything on schedule and making sure the paperwork for the local vendors is sorted out properly. It gets the job done without any unnecessary fuss. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks that keep coming in.
