Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd

We've been at Old Gupta Colony for a good bit now. Mostly we just handle the construction projects coming through the New Delhi office. People know us as Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd, but we're really just the guys working out of Vijay Nagar. It gets busy here, especially with the traffic outside and the constant noise from the street. Most days start early before the sun is even fully up. We have a small crew and we just get on with the job. There’s a lot of paperwork usually, but the real work happens on the sites. It isn't always pretty. Some days the heat in Delhi is just too much, but you keep going. We drink a lot of tea from the corner stall. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and old files stacked up in the corner. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get a bit messy when a big project is finishing up and everyone is rushing around. Most people in the area have seen us around by now. We don't do much talking, just doing what needs to be done for the company. It’s a steady kind of life here. We don't have fancy slogans or anything like that. Just a bunch of us trying to do a decent job every day. Sometimes we stay late when the deadlines hit. That's just how it goes in this business. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years.
