This part of town is pretty well-organized, which makes getting to the office a bit easier. The office is one of those standard setups you find in this sector. It is not very big, but we have enough room for the desks and the storage we need for the CMG operations. Usually, it is just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call ringing through the room. Noida is always growing, so there is always something happening nearby. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the logistics. The staff here has been together for a while, so we do not need to talk much to know what is next. It is a lot of checking numbers and making sure the site reports are accurate. We do not have any big corporate banners hanging up or anything like that. It is just a place where we come to work every morning. The commute can be a pain depending on the weather, but once we are inside, it is just business as usual. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from this desk. It gets busy during the middle of the month when all the reports come in at once. We just handle it one step at a time. It is an honest day’s work in a regular office building. Nothing fancy, just the way we like it.
