Pk Jewellers

We have been running Pk Jewellers for quite some time now at our spot in the Punjabi Market. Our shop is officially Wz-12-A/114, which is easy to find if you are near the Lal Building School in Vishnu Garden. It is a humble little place, nothing like those massive showrooms you see in the bigger malls. We mostly deal with the locals who live around here. Sometimes the market gets incredibly crowded, especially on the weekends when everyone is out doing their shopping, and the noise from the street comes right inside. We have a few glass counters where we keep the rings, chains, and earrings. The lighting is just regular bulbs, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. My cousin often comes in to help me when things get a bit hectic in the afternoons. We spend a lot of time sitting behind the counter, waiting for folks to drop by for a repair or to look at something new. There is a small stool in the corner where we sit and drink our tea while watching the people go by outside. We do not have any fancy slogans or marketing gimmicks. We just do the work and try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It is a quiet life for the most part, except when the school lets out and the street fills up with kids and parents. We like being part of this neighborhood.
