Brightex Overseas

Brightex Overseas is based out of B. Q. -24 in Shalimar Bagh. It’s a decent area in Delhi and we’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. Our day usually starts with checking emails and seeing what needs to be shipped or moved. There’s always a lot of paperwork involved in this kind of work and it can get a bit overwhelming sitting at the desk all day. We deal with a lot of different things and the phone never really stops ringing. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact block since Shalimar Bagh can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We don't have any fancy showroom or anything like that. It is mostly just an office where we get the actual work done. There are boxes stacked up in the corners and files everywhere. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's a small team here and we mostly just put our heads down and work through the list. Dealing with overseas stuff means we sometimes have weird hours but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s just how we run things here without any big fuss or complicated plans.
